We know what an athlete’s body goes through during their playing seasons. The body adapts to the stresses on the body and could develop muscle imbalances and compensations. We give our athletes the edge over their competition by focusing on their movement mechanics and functionality before we challenge them with high intensity speed, agility and strength drills.
